Three D Radio, also known as 93.7 FM, is a community radio station based in Adelaide, South Australia.  It began its broadcasting life in 1979, as a pirate radio station. The station's founders were passionate about providing an alternative to mainstream media and promoting local music.  In 1980, Three D Radio gained a temporary license to broadcast, becoming one of the first community radio stations in Australia. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, the station continued to grow, expanding its programming to include a diverse range of genres, including punk, indie, and electronic music.  

Three D Radio has been instrumental in supporting local music in Adelaide, providing a platform for emerging artists to gain exposure. The station has hosted numerous live performances, interviews, and music programs, showcasing the best of Adelaide's music scene.  In the 2000s, Three D Radio adapted to the digital era, launching its website and online streaming service. Three D Radio has received numerous awards and accolades for its contributions to community radio and local music.
